Class Descriptions
Freedom to Flourish – Mindful Eating & Setting Intentions
Monday, June 13th 5:30 – 7:00 pm, online class
Mindful eating involves all the senses and allows you to be curious, even playful as you investigate your responses to food and your inner cues to hunger and satisfaction with kindness and without judgement.
When you set an intention, you are telling yourself and the world – who you want to be, what you wish to contribute, and how you choose to touch the lives of others. Intentions are in the moment, how we are choosing to be right now, as we are.
In this class
You will be introduced to the practice of mindful eating
You will experience mindfully eating a raisin
You will have the opportunity to set a mindful eating intention
You will learn a mini-meditation practice you can use at any time to promote mindfulness with eating and in your life
