Insurance Coverage
Excellus insurance plans are currently accepted.

It is your responsibility to verify that your insurance plan covers nutrition counseling. Please call the 800 number on the back of your insurance card to verify coverage.
 
Questions to ask:
  • Do I have coverage for nutritional counseling?
  • Do I need a referral to see a registered dietitian?
  • How many visits are allowed per calendar year?
  • Do I have co-pays for nutrition counseling visits?

Self-Pay Rates
If you do not have insurance coverage, self-pay rates are available.
