20-minute complimentary telephone consultation
You may request a free 20-minute telephone consult prior to scheduling your first nutrition visit to determine if we are a good fit for each other, ask any questions, and allow us to get to know each
other a little better.
 
Intake Process
New clients will receive an intake form from Practice Better (Nutrition Management & Scheduling Platform) to complete before arrival to the first session, sent to the e-mail address provided at booking. If you are unable to complete the online intake form, let me know and I will provide a paper copy at
your first visit. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time.
 
Video Visits
Telemedicine video visits are available upon request. All video visits are HIPPA compliant.
